Trex 4K provides account access and setup support for compatible services and devices. Customers are responsible for complying with the laws and content-access rules that apply in their location.

Payments

Plans are one-time purchases and are not recurring subscriptions. Payment options and verification requirements are controlled by independent checkout providers and may vary by region.

Delivery

Credentials are generated after a payment provider confirms payment and are sent to the supplied email address. Customers must provide a valid email and check their spam folder.

Support and refunds

Contact support promptly if delivery fails. Refund eligibility depends on whether credentials were created or used, the service issue, and applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

Do not resell, share, abuse, probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend access used for fraud, attacks or unlawful activity.
